Mei Mei received her MFA in Photography from Ohio University. As a mixed media and installation artist, Mei Mei explores various media to bridge her internal and external worlds. Mei Mei believes that the sounds in our environment intrude into our consciousness and occupy space, rent-free. Mei Mei wields her art as an activist tool, hoping to spread a revival of respect. She hopes NOISESCAPE II will bring a heightened awareness to the battle for inner quietude.
